One of mch’s organisational values is quality. This leads to an unswerving aspiration to deliver great quality training. This in turn requires the right number of great people, who are great at the right things.

Consequently, mch is always on the look out for excellent trainers, facilitators, action learning set practitioners, coaches, mentors and actors (to help deliver role plays in training).
